What is need-blind admissions?
U.S. colleges charge some of the highest tuition fees in the world, especially the more prestigious ones.
But there are many different scholarships and other types of financial aid available to students such as the “need-blind admission.”
In a nutshell, schools that offer need-blind admissions means qualified students won’t be disadvantaged in the undergraduate admissions process due to their financial need.
This may be a particular advantage to international students as they are often required to pay higher tuition fees.
